March HBM
Creative Connections Yoni Steam
During a yoni steam, we sit or crouch over a steaming pot of herbs, sans panties, and the steam drifts upward bathing the vaginal and internal tissues with gentle warmth. The heat brings blood flow to the area, and herbal allies support via volatile oil content in the steam and absorption through the delicate skin of the area.

November HBM
Herbal support: Herbs can improve your stress response, general immune function, specifically target viruses and so much more.
Mindfulness & breath: As stress diminishes, your body’s ability to fend off viruses and otherwise function optimally increases. Coming into the present moment, and calming the body with slow, mindful breathing is the easiest, fastest way I know to move from stress to calm.
Physical movement: Exercise is well-documented to improve immune function for a number of reasons, some well understood others less so. These include how exercise affects our lymphatic system, blood flow, hormone release, inflammatory markers, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, stress response and mood.
A 12 minute practice for immune health (and general wellbeing)
In this short and targeted practice I share three very simple, very quick ways to: a) induce a state of calm, b) move the body to increase blood and lymph flow, elevate energy, and support the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, and c) come into a state of gratitude, which has been correlated with improved mental health.
Fire Cider
Fire cider, it just SOUNDS like something to have on hand as we move into the colder months, yeah?
While these days there are as many fire cider variations as makers, the concept is
a zesty blend of herbs to support the immune system and keep your fire burning while it's cold outside and germs are rampant.

September HBM

In designing this box, my goal was to support you in navigating your Fall transitions.
