How is this different from Linktree (and bio links)?

Like Linktree we allow you to display all your links. In addition to that we have several features that will allow you to do more with your bio link, such as taking donations, accepting requests, formatting your links better, etc.

Why should I use you instead of Patreon?

When you use Patreon or similar services, they take a percentage of your payment, and you're a walking advertisement for them. If you use Hypage, you can run everything under your own domain and own your own data.

How do I get paid?

Connect your Stripe/Paypal account in order to get paid straight into your bank account. These are 2 very commonly used and accepted payment processors. Keep in mind, they take a small fee, usually around 3% (we take nothing).

How can you offer zero transaction fees?

Unlike similar services that take a percentage of your revenue, we simply charge a small flat fee for premium plans (we also have an awesome free version). This is perfect for most creators as you'll end up paying less in fees even if you buy the highest plan.

Yes! You are able to directly add the Facebook pixel / GTM / Google Analytics integration with Hypage. In addition, you can add other scripts as well.

What kind of analytics do you have?

What are the recommended image sizes?

Use square images for the link icon (250x250px) and profile image (500x500px). For the background image, we encourage 1400x1400px. How well it displays will depend on what's in the image.

Why can't I log in?

Only sign up to Hy.page with a unique active email address. Once you sign up, you'll be logged into your account right away. If you are trying to re-login and are having issues, click the "forgot password" (don't forget to check the spam folder for the new password reset email).

How is this different to a web page?

Hy.page helps you create products (guides, pdfs, consultation calls, etc.) and membership to sell within the platform which you wouldn't be able to do with a simple webpage optimized to mobile.

Can I manage multiple profiles/brands/link pages?

Yes, a profile/brand is a Project. There is 1 link page per project that has its own URL, attached Stripe account, products, membership, etc. You can add multiple Projects to your Hy.page account.

Can multiple people use my account?

Hy.page has the option for people or brands to add multiple users and team members to their accounts and projects with different levels of access.

Do I get to choose my link page URL?

Yes, when you set your username, this will be used for your link bio. For example, if you set your username to jack your default link page URL will be https://hy.page/jack

Can I have multiple tracking pixels?

Hy.page has a seamless integration with Google Tags Manager (GTM). This will allow you to add extra code like chat widgets, multiple, and any tracking scripts you need.
